The President of the Democratic Party (DIKO) Mr. Nicolas Papadopoulos held a meeting today with the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Yousef Sultan Laram.
Discussions focused on prospects for enhancing bilateral relations between Cyprus and Qatar, the potential for deepening economic cooperation and strategic investment partnerships, as well as matters pertaining to regional stability and security.
Diplomatic engagement remains a cornerstone of DIKO’s foreign policy.
Cyprus, by virtue of its geostrategic position, is uniquely placed to serve as a pillar of peace, stability, and sustainable development in the Eastern Mediterranean.
